If you feel the entrenched political parties are "pulling the wool" and NOT truly listening to
the New Zealand taxpayer, then JOIN for real change that puts control back into your hands
No divisive race or gender based policies -- we will disband the ministry for womans affairs
We would create a NEW Ministry to minimise (Fraud and Waste) saving taxpayer's millions
MMP is flawed. It needs drastic surgery to be fair equitable & representitive of the electors
Electors voted 92% to cut the chamber to 99 MP's, our gov't ignored us, electronic referenda
Candidates whom stand for an electorate seat, must not have a fall back option on the list
Candidates must have had a minimum of 1-year local residence to stand in that electorate
Currently political parties can manipulate the system by standing a "high profile" candidate
not normally resident there, and saying that candidate represents their local peoples views
which is not strictly true.. It is a system of "political manipulation" to get someone elected
One way to change the "status quo" is challange it & taxpayers are that vehicle for change

We are not a single issue party & would consider voting legislation before the house on a "case by case" basis
with criteria being to uphold our party manifesto principles and not support legislation which deviates from this
At this point in time we concur with some specific policies of other parties but we wont lock into
blind support for their convenience, as the political landscape can change very rapidly. Once the books are opened
and the allocation of party seats know, then discussion will take place & considerations made within a MMP framework

Civil servants should be accountable for any payout following personal grievance litigation
and NOT taxpayers. Frontline government staff need indemnity insurance or a fidelity fund
The example below highlights the broader issue of grievance compensation. There are too
many documented cases whereby police and prison wardens are sued for unlawful actions
perpetrated by them (outside the proceedures). Why should all taxpayers pick up the tab!
