If you feel the entrenched political parties are "pulling the wool" and NOT truly listening to
the New Zealand taxpayer, then JOIN for real change that puts control back into your hands
The National Party has been in power long enough not to look more carefully at sentencing
The current (excuse the pun) concurrent sentence is at least a farce and at best fraudulent
The National Party coalition passed law requiring convicted criminals to pay $50 reparation
The current $50 reparation levy is an insult to law abiding taxpayers, it MUST be increased
We have an epidemic of (under age) youth offending across the board, from graffiti through
to theft assualt & murder, but due to our current "PC legislation" we cant do much about it
Obviously lack of parental control & the family unit are partly to blame, & economic factors
Kids with no stable family unit need mentors;; Billy Graham & his Naenae boxing acadamy
Other options being "boot camp" for hardened offenders, and outward bound for the others
Is our New Zealand (justice system) under National working well! We report YOU DECIDE ?
Either the system is broken & the law needs changing OR the judge is failing NZ taxpayers
Referring to the UK article below, it is patently clear, the onus needs to be shifted from the
innocent home defender to the villian attacker. In NZ we MUST strengthen the law whereby
the term (reasonable force) is determined by the home owner and NOT by a villians lawyer
The "home invasion law" must be strengthened to INCLUDE each homeowners vehicle wherever it might be located
We need tougher sentences from our Judges, not promises. NZ Tea Party support the 'Sensible Sentencing Trust'
